1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and q7899 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the q7899 website available at https://q7899.pro and all associated services, including casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer products, promotional offers, and payment processing.

By completing the registration process and creating a q7899 account, or by continuing to access the platform if you were registered prior to the most recent revision of these Terms, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to q7899 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their membership:

• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from q7899 or had a q7899 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction in which q7899 explicitly restricts access.

q7899 reserves the unconditional right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the membership lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, following any period of extended inactivity, or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity. Accepted identity documents include but are not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Pakistani authority.

Where a Member is found to be under 21 years of age following a verification check, q7899 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed and all winnings accrued during the period of underage use, and return any net deposits to the payment method used, subject to the completion of the verification process. Any bonus funds associated with an underage account will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active q7899 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, a shared IP address, or any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including deposited funds where there is evidence of fraudulent intent.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your valid date of birth, a functional email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. q7899 may, at its absolute discretion, require you to re-verify this information at any point during your membership.

3.3 Account Maintenance

It is your responsibility to keep your account details current. If your contact details change, you must update them via the account settings panel or by contacting support. Accounts that remain dormant — defined as having no login activity — for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. q7899 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rs 500 per calendar month to dormant accounts, applied against any remaining real-money balance after the twelve-month threshold is reached. Members will be notified via their registered email address prior to any such fee being applied.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your q7899 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will be processed with priority and take effect within twenty-four (24) hours. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course unless the closure is triggered by a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your q7899 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the originating bank. q7899 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process.
• Only real-money balances (net of any locked bonus funds) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the operational constraints of the relevant payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Where any conflict exists between these General Bonus Terms and a promotion-specific terms sheet, the promotion-specific terms sheet shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion-specific terms sheet, all bonus funds awarded by q7899 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, and referral credits — carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be staked on eligible games before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's own terms sheet. Only real-money bets placed on eligible games contribute toward meeting a wagering requirement; bets placed using bonus funds may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

q7899 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices considered abusive include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same market to reduce risk while consuming bonus wagering requirements (arbitrage or hedging), systematically staking on games with high RTP or low house edge for the sole purpose of completing wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and coordinating with other members to manipulate bonus outcomes. q7899 reserves the right to void bonuses, remove associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion-specific terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. q7899 is under no obligation to extend bonus validity periods or provide compensation for expired bonuses.

6. Gaming & Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on q7899 are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sport as published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market page. The following general rules apply across all gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. q7899 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where a manifest error (as defined below) has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the setting of odds, game parameters, or market data — q7899 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant member accounts without prior notice.
• Sportsbook markets, including PSL and ICC cricket markets, will be settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. 7. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, permanent closure in confirmed cases, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

11. Responsible Gaming
